Blake is the 2023 XC Florida State Runner Up and District Champion. He won the North Port Invitational where he etched a new school 5K record with a 15:18 finish.

Erin was awarded 1st place in Biomedical and Health Sciences at the 2024 Pinellas Regional Science & Engineering Fair. She was also the recipient of the Bay Area Manufacturing Association Award and the Excellence in Biomedical and Health Award.

Science Fair Ready!! 🦅🔵🔴🔬 IRCS high school students are wrapping up their impressive projects this month. Our students have been investing in their research for several months and are ready to present what we believe will be award-winning work. 🗓️: Save the date for the IRCS Science & Engineering Fair on January 8th!
Selected for All State Choir three years in a row! 🔵🦅🔴🎶🎵 Senior Erin Glenn, was selected to perform as a soprano in this year’s Florida All State HS Mixed Chorus, her third consecutive year earning this distinction. She successfully tested and passed three separate vocal, music theory, and sight reading auditions to qualify for this honor. Erin will represent IRCS at a performance in January at the annual Florida Music Educators state convention in Tampa. Congratulations, Erin, well done!🎉

Learning about Robotic Surgery! 🦅🔴🔵🏥 The IRCS Medical Club learned from Drs. Matt and Michelle Reynolds, who shared their medical knowledge with our students. They discussed the many ways robotics have assisted with surgery and improved our medical care, inspiring the next generation of medical professionals who are being trained right here at IRCS.
A Thanksgiving Picnic 🧺 Our 2nd graders had the best time eating, laughing and hanging out with their friends during their Thanksgiving picnic by the playground! We’re so grateful for the parents and teachers who helped make this special moment possible🫶
It’s Business Day in 5th Grade! 🔵🦅🔴📈 Today, our 5th grade Eagles brought to life their business ideas. They invented items to sell, established a brand identity, and delivered an elevator pitch. It was great to see our Eagles establish thriving businesses!
Senior Erin Glenn is taking her engineering project to the next level! 🦅🔴🔵📈 Recently, she met with USF Engineering Professor, Dr. Christopher Passaglia, and PhD candidate, Cesar Hernandez Isidro, as she begins to put the finishing touches on her research. We appreciate the many mentors who invest in our student as they aim to develop scientific solutions that will improve the lives of people in our community and beyond.
