Our mission at IRCS is to cultivate and empower excellence in the next generation of Christian leaders, ensuring that they are not only prepared for the future but are also committed to making a positive impact on the world for Jesus Christ.

Our students are trained to serve within their sphere of influence and showcase global awareness. IRCS Graduates are young adults who have had four years of serving locally, nationally, and internationally through our Mini-Mester program (link to this page). These Eagles graduate from our school prepared to soar across any borders.
