Meet Dr. Chris Hobbs, who will join Indian Rocks Christian School as Superintendent. 

This spring, he will walk alongside Mr. Walt Weller, experiencing our dynamic culture and discovering why IRCS is becoming the premier Christian school in Pinellas County. 

Dr. Hobbs is a veteran of Christian education with more than two decades of experience. He has held positions of teacher, coach, student minister, principal, athletic administrator, and executive director in the suburbs of Washington D.C., New York City, West Palm Beach, and Houston. 

An award-winning educational leader, the theme of his career is his ability to excite and rally communities around a clear mission of excellence from an eternal perspective and energize growth at premier Christian schools. 

He holds a doctorate in educational leadership, and will soon complete a 10-month intensive Biblical worldview training program as a Colson Center Fellow. 

Chris is married to his high school sweetheart, Jen. Together they have spent their lives investing in Christian education. They have three children: Alexis and CJ, who are in college and Madison, who looks forward to joining us here at IRCS.
