Homeschool Opportunities

Indian Rocks Christian School encourages students to discover and cultivate all of their God-given gifts and talents. Through athletics and the arts, homeschooled students are able to participate in award-winning programs and championship teams in an environment of genuine love and concern.

The process to get involved is simple. Apply online, submit all of the required documentation (including the registration fee), and interview with a member of our team. After your student is accepted into our Homeschool Program, he or she will become eligible to participate in tryouts, practices, and/or classes.

Required Documentation

  • Online Application & $750 Nonrefundable Registration Fee
  • Note: The fee for each sport is $1,200. Reduced rates are not available, and all fees are non-refundable.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Florida Immunization Record (D.H. Form #680 or #681)
  • Current School Physical (D.H. Form #3040)
  • Letter of intent to Home School
  • Student’s most recent grades and test scores
  • EL7 and EL7V completed and notarized at the County Office
  • EL2

FAQ

  • All homeschool sports participants must attend IRCS Chapel each week.
  • You must apply every year, however, the interview process is only necessary for new participants.
  • Other opportunities such as: Band, Color Guard, and Art may be available as well. Please contact us at 727-596-4342, Option 1 for more information.
  • The $750 registration fee is non-refundable. If a participant is selected for a team, Finance will assess the sports participation fee of $1,200.
  • If your student wants to take one course, the fees are:
    • $3000 HS class
    • $750 tech fee
    • $2700 MS class
