IRCS Nexus is provided by Indian Rocks Christian School (“IRCS”) for authorized users to manage substitute coverage, operational workflows, and related school communications.
Authorized Use
IRCS Nexus may only be used by:
- Authorized employees
- Approved substitute teachers
- Authorized administrators
- Authorized operational staff
Access may be modified or revoked at any time.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Maintain accurate profile information.
- Protect their login credentials.
- Use the system only for authorized school purposes.
- Promptly report unauthorized account access or suspicious activity.
Communications
Users who opt in may receive operational email and SMS communications regarding:
- Substitute opportunities
- Assignment confirmations
- Assignment reminders
- Schedule changes
- Lesson plan updates
- School operational notifications
These messages are operational in nature and are not marketing communications.

Availability
IRCS Nexus is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance and occasional service interruptions may occur.
Intellectual Property
IRCS Nexus, including its software, documentation, branding, and related materials, is the property of Indian Rocks Christian School and/or A2Z Services unless otherwise indicated.
Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of IRCS Nexus constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
